    Zenit Fixed Mulcher

    A low bodied shredder with a 90hp gearbox and working widths from 1.6m to 3.0m, the Zenit ‘Fixed’ is centrally mounted only and will comfortably handle applications such as pasture topping, roadside and general grass and vegetation maintenance, as well as mowing and mulching in vineyards and orchards.

    CONSTRUCTION

    Construction
    • Low profile design with 4mm body plate thickness and 8mm side plates.
    • Fixed, central position 3pt linkageclevis mounting with Category 2 pins.
    • Strong fabricated headstock.
    • Removable rear doors for ease of maintenance.
    • Optional 2.5mm replaceable wear and tear sheet.

    TRANSMISSION
    Transmission
    • 540 rpm PTO.
    • 90hp gearbox with internal free-wheeling clutch.
    • Drive shaft with 1 3/8” 6 spline yoke.
    • ‘V’ belt side drive: 4 x belts on 1600-2300 & 5 x belts on 2500-3000.

    ROTOR
    • Rotor tube:Æ193.7mm with 10mm wall thickness.
    • Rotor Speeds:
      • 2250 rpm on the 1600-2300 models.
      • 1822 rpm on the 2500-3000 models.
    • Hammer Tip Speeds:
      • 53m/sec on the 1600-2300 models.
      • 43m/sec on the 2500-3000 models.
    • Forged hammer flails fitted as standard and fastened by Æ 25mm hardened pin & split pin.
    • Single comb counter-blade.

    SAFETY
    • Complies with all CE (European) safety standards.
    • Closeable rear door.
    • Steel front safety flaps across the full intake width.
    • Fully guarded ‘Vee’ belts, drive shaft and clutch.

    HEIGHT CONTROL
    • Standard fitment:
      • Fixed LH & RH side plate protection skids.
      • Rear Roller:Æ193.7mm with 5mm wall thickness.

    OPTIONS
    Rear pneumatic wheels
