The Falc BS series Rotary Hoes provide a robust and versatile option for both hobby and professional farmers who require a general purpose, light to medium duty rotary hoe to suit a 50hp tractor. Working widths range from 0.90m up to 1.65m.

FEATURES OF THE BS SERIES ROTARY HOE

CONSTRUCTION

• Modular frame with squarefront support tube for strength and the mounting of the tractor attachment brackets
• Strong, fabricated headstock
• 3pt linkage mounted with clevis hitch and Category 1 & 2 pins on the lower brackets
• Centrally mounted or adjustable to 100mm offset to the RH side
• Chain adjustable rear trailing board for tilth control

TRANSMISSION

• 540 rpm PTO
• Drive shaft with 1 3/8” 6 spline yoke and fitted with friction plate safety clutch
• 50hp, single speed gearbox
• Chain side-drive (liquid grease lubricated)

ROTOR AND BLADES

• 250 rpm rotor speed
• 2 blade rotor pattern i.e. 2 x LH & 2 x RH blades per flange
• ‘C’ shaped (Speed) blades fitted as standard

SAFETY

• Complies with all CE (European) safety standards
• Fully covered drive shaft, clutch and gearbox input shaft
• Front and side protection bars to prevent operator or by stander contact with moving parts
• Rear trailing board protects against contact with the blades and the rotor from the rear of the machine
• Front mounted parking stand

DEPTH CONTROL

• Left hand and right hand adjustable depth control skids.
