The new 6.0 metre width FALC KRONOS mulcher will be ready for the 2018 cotton mulching season. The KRONOS 6000 with its unique overlapping comb shredder bars and a new automatic belt tensioner is built to last, with performance, efficiency and speed leaving the best cotton mulch you will find.
The special overlapping comb shredder bars mulch aggressively through the cotton trash, consistently shredding the stalks and leaving the finest mulch. The shorter the mulch, the faster it decays, setting up the ground for a bumper new cotton season. Longer trash results in clumps and problems with water run-off.
With a 73.5m/s flail tip speed, KRONOS delivers the ultimate power punch, and the 6.0 metre model covers 6 cotton beds with additional flails over the crop line. The KRONOS floating top hitch and ratchet height-adjustable wheels maintain a consistent cutting height.
Other features include the bullet-proof BYPY 328hp gearbox, heavy duty drive shafts, and latched covers for easy cleaning and lubricating. A bolted wear and tear body lining rounds off the fully featured KRONOS cotton mulcher.
